The food was good. But I went today and I order a kids meal for my daughter two chicken tostadas and chicken. they only gave me two chickens and the side in the kids meal. But didn’t give me the tortillas and I also order a side of mashed potatoes they forgot to put it in the bag and I didn’t noticed all this till I got home. And every time I go there they always forget my items

The restaurant had a huge order to fill so did not want to honor the menu. I order tacos al carbon but manager and worker refused to service the order. Had to threaten with legal action to finally get the service. This is the 3rd time they try this. They treat people like trash and Pollo Loco Corp does NOTHING about fixing the problem. People in that community are humble so they settle, LAST time I go there Juan Pollo is down the street will try that instead!!!!

Had a good experience. The crew member that took our order was nice and welcoming. We ate in and I noticed some great teamwork with the person who took our order and the cook. I had never seen that kind of communication, when some one would place an order that had a specific requirement in regards to pieces and type the cashier would ask the cook if such order can be fulfilled. If the cook gave the okay then the person taking the order would processed. That communication was wholesome. Would definitely visit again.

Pollo Loco was short staffed so they closed at 7p, but yet they were accepting online orders. And unless I harass them and bug them for info and help they won’t automatically issue refunds to online order they can’t fulfill. And the staff didn’t know what to do or what to say that night.
