Nice place to pick up lunch plenty of seating. Parking can be rough at times. Plaza has plenty of places to choose from. Service was great but lunch had a really long line. Took awhile for it to get to me I went in and around 1 p.m. the store looks nice it was themed for Valentine’s Day. Everytime I come here I feel like they always decorate and it looks nice.

Just here to say that ordered a 3 piece meal (leg and thighs) Flavor good as usual, but today, pieces were too small. I don’t know why Pollo Loco does this sometimes. I eat there very often in different locations around LA county because I like it and I like to eat healthy but quality control fails sometimes. These small pieces shouldn’t be delivered to the restaurants.
