I was there today and I got the best customer service. I didn’t quite catch her name I think it was ” Mary or Mari. I went to get 3 chicken soups for my kids and needed help choosing a chicken family dinner. She was very patient. When I got to the window I told her the soups were for my kids and she said, “ok no worry I’ll put everything they need so they can enjoy their soups”…. I thought that was so nice, I had to leave her a nice review. Thanks Mari!

My experience here was amazing!! Everyone was so nice and the restaurant always looks clean!! I have seen though that it’s been slow as of lately I wonder why . El Pollo Loco is generally my first choice for fast food. This location is poorly run and had a weird smell. If the staff had been even a little friendly then maybe I would give the service 2 stars. Because it’s a chain, I’ll try a different location next time.

I have been to many El Pollo Locos, never have I had a chicken breast served that was cut in half and half no skin as part of a two piece meal. The breast barely had more meat than the wing it was served with. The person who dropped it off said, “It’s a breast”. Finally the manager replaced it after arguing with the server. First experience at this location and it will be my last.

I have been having trouble with their drive thru. Last time I went, I asked for 3 drinks, 1 being a lemonade. I had to tell the person 3 times I wanted a lemonade. They claimed there was a problem with the speaker. The person seemed to understand me fine UNTIL I got to the part I wanted a lemonade, then they were conveniently having “problems” with their speaker (tell me, how does “lemonade” sound like “iced tea”?) Yet when I got to the window, they handed me the food I ordered (which was correct), but I only got 2 drinks. I had to tell the person 3 TIMES also was owed a lemonade. They finally gave it to me. The manager came by and claimed again that the speaker wasn’t working. I told him that I was talking to the worker at the WINDOW, and the worker couldn’t seem to comprehend I was missing a drink. Unless the “speaker” is also a translator since I was talking to the person DIRECTLY, the worker apparently couldn’t understand me. The manager didn’t even offer a discount for my next visit, an extra food item, or a part refund. This isn’t the first time I have been having problems since they often give me flour tortillas instead of CORN. I probably won’t be back to this location for awhile until they can get people who can understand their customers.
