My husband picked up dinner through drive through. My chicken tostado salad had NO chicken in it and my husband asked for flour tortillas and got those falling apart older corn tortillas. The chicken was still tasty but overcooked.

I asked for dark meat. This is not dark meat. It’s not even noted on the order receipt. I called the manager and he said he watched the order being made and it was dark meat. I am not stupid. If this is dark meat, it’s the driest dark meat ever. When I picked up the order and saw it, I asked if it was dark because I could tell it wasn’t just by looking at it. I will go to corporate to have them correct the problem.

I had the 4 pc. Meal, no drink. The instant potatoes and gravy were ok, same for the coleslaw. first time having them here. Usually get rice n beans. The breast was so dry, like it had been setting in the heat since lunch. The condiment bar was empty.

I refuse to go here any longer. Which sucks because I work down the street. They constantly forget things on my order, which should be standard. I have asked multiple times for dressing for my salad, and the last two times in a row now I get back to work and I have no tortillas. I refuse to go there any longer, not going to support a business which has horrible service.

Today 5/16/2023, I went thru the drive thru and ordered a 16 piece all white meat. The young lady (night mgr) according to an employee, said they could not sell me a bucket and were limited to the breast meat they could give. I askeded why, and here response was the maximum they would provide was 5 pieces. And pretty much was take or o don’t order attitude.

When I was a kid my grandma used to make Birria and we would marinade it by dipping it in the consome juice. That was about 30 years ago. When i took a bit of this amazing Birria Quesadilla filled with fresh cilantro and dices onions dipped in the consome juice. Wow!! I love it! I’m definitely driving 100 miles to try this again..

We visited the drive thru last Sunday and received the rudest service ever. We were the only one in the drive thru. We placed the order and paid. The guy then asked us to pull around to the front to wait for our order. I asked him why when there was no one else in line. He said they are timed on drive thru and asked again to have me pull around. I explained the last time we did this we received the wrong order. He said fine, stay here. They had the order completed quickly. The guy basically shoved the food at us and slammed the window shut. The food was very good, the customer service by this guy was the rudest. I contacted corporate to let them know before going to social media. They said they passed my concern to the store and we would hear back. This was 4 days ago. We were not looking for anything other than an apology and the concern would be addressed. We have been long time visitors of El Pollo Loco in AZ and CA. Guess customer service is not important.
