I would have given them a 5 star rating if not for the fact that the tortillas and rice sides were missing from our family meal. We also ordered a side of chips and guacamole, the guacamole was fresh and super tasty! We ordered by using the drive thru and Reyna was very helpful and polite.

I loved the tacos. Somewhat I was hoping for crispy tacos but I think grilled is good too. The cashier was warm and friendly; he showed he cared about the customer. It was under twenty so it saved my wallet because I ordered five dollar combo and another item with only their popular chicken.

Typical pollo loco location. But I usually have an interesting experience here. The place is the usual. The staff is friendly. The wait sometimes can drag on. The only issue is that they have transients here. They sit on the outside patio. Thy make it uncomfortable. Lat time I went the guy urinated right in front of me. Made it unpleasant. The food was ok, the ckicen was dry, seems like it was re-cooked. It was no flavor to it. So ya, either it’s a go or not.
