Comfortable and clean, which you don’t get a lot in a fast food restaurant. Even the restroom was nice. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to an El Pollo Loco and the food was much better than I remember. Delicious. Plus, the woman who took my order was polite and friendly. Good job!

Today 4/29/2023 at 5:55pm Worst customer service I have experience in years. My wife and I went to grab something to eat. We waited in front of the register and no one took her order. My wife was staying there for her over 6 minutes. just to place an order…at the end a ladies was going to take our order, but we walked out at the time of our visit.Their was only 2 customers dining in and1 was waiting to pick up his food now I realize why your establishment had few customers because of lack of service. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again.

Went in for lunch with my sister and daughter! Order their Quesa Birria and Consome and it was really good. Great customer service. Super friendly staff! I also love love their Double chicken tostada very well served. Will recommend them!!

Ordered online, got to the restaurant and was told they didn’t have any of the food we ordered. We asked them to cancel the online order or refund the money paid and they said no, only the district manager could do that. They took my information and said the manager would call the next day when they were in. Never received a call back nor did I get my money back. Tried calling and could not get transferred to the manager or get their name from the staff.

So like many people I’ve stopped at many different locations. Always get the same thing. Double chicken bowl. I also ask for cooked serrano peppers. Never had a problem at any other location. They’ve always cooked them and served them with my food. This location had no idea what I was saying. Also the double chicken bowl I had. The chicken tasted very old, almost a fish like taste so bad. I actually kept the receipt thinking I might get very sick later on throughout the day so I can prove my purchase didn’t get sick but it’s still bothers me thinking about what I might ate. It was 11:30 in the morning so I’m thinking they made the ball with yesterday’s leftover chicken. Never had this problem anywhere else. This location is not recommended

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. The manager is awful and does absolutely nothing to be helpful and has a consistent attitude. I made a catering order for chips and salsa, they bring me a side order and then question how I was able to make a catering order for chips because they’ve never seen that. I show them the exact order and I had to sit in the store for 20 minutes before they brought my order and then they still didn’t have it right. The manager literally walked away to make another customer’s order and when I told the other employee my order still wasn’t right he smacked his lips walked away and sat my bag on the counter. A 5 minute pickup turned into a 45 disaster.
