I stopped there last Sunday to pick up some chicken for myself and for my disabled neighbor friend. I dropped off her chicken and went home to eat. I noticed a strange taste & texture to the chicken right away. It’s hard to describe but it was unlike anything I’d ever had from El Pollo Loco before. Usually the chicken is very tasty and NOT greasy which is good if you are trying to eat healthier. I usually only get the chicken then put it on my own salad, with my own evoo based salad dressing. Low carb and evoo healthy.
