Ordered a double chicken tostada salad, and I got double burnt chicken. All the chicken was hard and burnt. I couldnt even finish the salad without being nauseous and having a loss of apetite. However, employees were very polite, the restaurant was clean and the service was great. I just couldn’t stomach that extremely burnt chicken.

This particular location off Moreno Beach is kinda dirty inside. I normally went thru the the drive thru but thought I’d eat inside. I think I’ll take a hard pass at this location so hopefully they clean it up. The tables didn’t look very clean & floors were sticky/dirty with old food even underneath short partition wall. No gloves handling food yet scratching neck.

Watered down and fewer seasonings? The management has decided that they will ON THIER OWN, use fewer seasonings, AND water down things such as salad dressings and salsa’s. THE RESULT is poor tasting food not fit for eating and tastes nothing like the other Pollo Loco’s. The food is generally not prepared well and thus the food is bad… I give up and will visit the competitors in the area.

3 locations in my area, completely focused on drive-thru. Lobby is an afterthought as can be seen by the lack of concern for the cleanliness of the dining room. Orders are rarely complete, forgot there salad dressing on this visit, and if the manager gets involved it’s guaranteed things will be missed. Never see the same employees or managers so either it’s a horrible company to work for or just these 3 locations. At one time I’d go 2-3 times a month, now it’s only once every few months. Sad when a organization deteriorates so drastically.

It’s the worse El Pollo Loco I’ve ever been to! I live in Moreno Valley and it’s close to my house and whenever I go it’s a long line so I’m thinking the food would be fresh and hot. Nope the chicken is always dry, cold and burnt! This time I got a chicken bowl and same thing disgusting!!! I even try to fix it up and make it taste better but it was still bad. And the churro are greasy and not really churros I will not be going back anymore!!! I wish I can give them no stars
