I’m not sure if it was a manager who waited on us, but he gave us great service and has a fantastic sense of humor. My friend and I couldn’t stop laughing, especially when he spoke in Spanish, because my friend is half Mexican and she understood what he was saying.

I recommend avoiding this place. The service is sub par, customer service is a foreign dialect to the staff and the food is bad. I usually enjoy the food at other locations and that’s why this stood out to me. The chicken in my bowl was cold and looked like dark chunks of leather, gross I know. Additionally, nothing looked or tasted fresh. Needless to say I did not finish the food and it was a complete waste. This is my 3rd time ordering food from this establishment and each time with a different concern. In conclusion, the food is no bueno and the service is non existent. ✌

This was really disappointing. The chicken was super dry loke they gave me yesterdays leftovers. The bean had NO flavor at all. When i had to ask for a fork there were 3 employees standing around but won’t help me and instead got the person who took my order to stop what he was doing to help me. Theses employees need to learn teamwork, respect, and how to cook. Never coming back here.

Delicious as always with El Pollo Loco. Good options if eating Keto. The kitchen was backed up and I had a bit of a wait (15 minutes, which isn’t ideal with fast food) for the chicken while eating in the dining room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Went on a Thursday, it was about 12:30 afternoon, ordered 2 double chicken tostadas in the drive thru, gave the lady 100.00 bill she said she didn’t have change so I had to find change by the time I able to find change, it had been 20 min. They must had left my food sitting, chicken was very dry and hard, hardly any lettuce it’s a salad, it was the worst, very disappointing. I was buying my boss lunch, not only was I late, the food was terrible.

Last week they were out of Diet Coke, Chicken breasts, and the guy gave us flour instead of corn tortillas. (We are allergic to wheat so we can’t eat those). Today we went inside. The guy went to clear a table before he took our order. We ordered street tacos. We asked if they came on corn tortillas, he said yes and they gave us flour. I have never seen street tacos come on flour tortillas before. They are also out of green salsa. Stale chips. Barely any chicken in the taco and what was in it was small burnt ends. Worst El Pollo I’ve been to.
