I use to love El Pollo Loco. However, I have not visited the establishment in about 4yrs due to poor customer service, uncooked chicken and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I went to El Pollo this evening and purchased the chicken wing meal. I must say the chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection also the young lady at the El Pollo Loco in Wildomar that took my order displayed outstanding customer service. This is one of my favorite El Pollo Loco locations! They always get my other right, are super quick, and are always so nice. Brenda is the one that helps me 95% of the time, and is always so nice & talks to you like a friend you’ve known forever. The food was good but service was terrible. Went through the drive through and ordered a dinner with sides and chips and guacamole. I received my bag and I ask is that everything. Girl says yes, however, I pull around front and check my bad and I’m missing chips and quac. Then I get home I learned I was also missing my mac and cheese. That’s my fav! Very disappointed…check and double check your bags before you drive away!
