Very friendly staff. Service was fast and there was no line/wait to order. The chicken was freshly made, and the location was super clean, including the gender neutral bathrooms. On April 16,2023 @6pm, my wife ordered food for the family, which she has done several times. The order showed up 25% complete and 75% of our order was missing. I told the delivery driver and he said sorry that’s all they gave me. I called the El Pollo Loco and spoke to a female employee who stated they were the manager. She said there is nothing we will do and maybe in a couple days we can refund you. I requested to speak to her supervisor and she said maybe he will call. As of right now I will not come back to this place and I highly suggest not to eat here.

The best el pollo loco I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. The staff is very friendly and great at what they do. One of the workers named Alisha is always working hard and with a great attitude. You can tell that the staff really cares. They’ve won several quarterly awards for being the best el pollo loco and I can see why.

The ideal setting for Pollo. Although it might sound overstated, the chicken here is usually juicy and spicy. As a result of being overcooked, the breasts of some people I’ve visited are, for example, tiny and dry. This establishment’s manager will look after you. She will check your order before giving it to you, and if a piece of chicken doesn’t look well in front of you, she will replace it right away; this makes you feel pampered and valued. You feel taken care of as a result. This is the reason we keep returning. Thank you in particular to the manager and her team for continuing to provide services to the neighborhood despite the COVID-19 problem.
