I always consider El Pollo Loco a tasty, healthy, quick restaurant to get Mexican food. I like the restaurant in Fullerton on Euclid the best, though. The food is always consistently great, and the associates working there are always so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the food. I believe the reason is because general manager Natalie Ocampo sets her standards so high. The food is cooked perfectly every time, and she insists on this. Even when it’s super busy, they’ll get you in and out in a matter of minutes. And the dining room is always so clean. I highly recommend this restaurant, plus this restaurant accepts EBT. 5 stars all the way.

Walk in customers are not served here. Was at the counter for 5 minutes & orders were being filled for drive through & apparently a few dining in customers. Since no one addressed me I finally tried to get someone’s attention & ask if anyone was working the counter. She mumbled something & turned her back on me. So I stated to her ‘I guess that is a NO?’ She turned around & just looked at me… did not say ‘we will be with you soon’ or anything. So I left. Wow…just wow. I walked across the parking lot & ordered pizza hut!

We come to this location because it’s closest to our house. I hate that they make me backup at the window because of the timer they have, I shouldn’t have to do that. And the chicken is gross almost every other time we go. Today it’s greasy and deep fried, my toddler won’t eat it. I noticed management just gives generic responses and asked reviewers to go to another site to give more detail for action to be taken. Action should be taken by these reviews, no one has time to do that.

That is chain has world potential to be number 1 but no execution on store lever and specially the manager are no concept of good customer service. Elpollo loco has great chicken which could be heart healthy and it use to be and high recommended by American heart association but they lost it .
