i had a pretty bad on the borderline of horrible experience the other day for lunch in the drive thru at this location. i was in the general area and wanted to grab a burrito so i decided to skip the front counter and go in the fast food drive thru window for quick service but it was slow even though i was the only car in line. they actually mixed up my order with the car behind me and almost handed me a tostada which was strange because my one burrito was completely different. the salsa dressing that i asked for was also underserved in the small container. i wasn’t given enough napkins either. the customer service is lacking and seems like another training would benefit them to at least say sorry about almost handing the wrong food out.

Came here to dine in and had the worst experience ever. Ghetto, the lady with tattoos on her face very rude and trashy the people working here are greedy. Stuffed my food down didn’t feel comfortable. Terrible service. Food was cold and gross also. I love pollo loco just not this location.

I come to this location at least once a week to pick up lunch before my 12 hour shift. I almost always order the same meal. A classic chicken burrito with a side of mac n cheese and cilantro dressing. Today I seriously had the worst experience here. Instead of the drive thru associate making sure my whole order was in my bag she lectured me about how I would have to start paying for the cilantro dressing. I didn’t realize my order was incomplete until I got to work. I tried to have a positive out look on the situation but then I actually ate my food and the chicken and beans were burnt and the chips were very stale. Now I have to go back to this location tomorrow and get a refund for the part of my meal that was not given to me which is very inconvenient.

Absolutely horrible. Their double chicken tostada was a joke compared to other locations. I ordered 2 and both had the same amount of chicken as a normal tostada. I could see the bottom of the tostada after 1 bite through the rice & beans when usually rice & beans cover the entire bottom. Overall I should have just ordered the usual not the double to save a couple bucks.

Pulled through drive thru. We ordered the family size chips and guacamole. They gave us a small teaspoon size scoop. My salad I got the avocado looked gross and some of my lettuce was brown. The employee who helped us looked lazy and looked like they didn’t like their job or didn’t want to. Wasn’t welcoming. I won’t be going back here.

On 4/6/22 at 1:17pm I had the worst drive thru experience. First of all I waited almost 25 min on the line. The attender: 155 Carla.R was super rude.. I understand that the store might not have some items available on the menu. But she could have simply said .. Welcome and I’m sorry but we only have chicken and sides available nothing else on the menu. She waited till I asked for 3 different meals and denied me. When I finally got to the window she said nothing she took my card. Passed me my bag and Turned around never giving me my drink. So I was waiting for her to return with it and 2 mins later she shows up.. no drink and I said excuse me can I have my drink? She asked me what I ordered and I said Fanta orange And she finally returns with it.. Seriously If you dont like your job get another. I wasted my all my lunch hour on the line and when I finally reached her she was the one slowing down the whole drive tru with her lack of customer service skills.
