Tiffany always there when im visiting for my lunch break. I was there 5 times in a row and she shows very great customer service skills. I notice her trying to juggle making mash potatoes and trying to do cashier at the same time to please the customer. I think that’s going the extra mile. The manager kind of yell at her for that but I think she was just trying to make everyone happy. Cashier and receptionist are the face of the company because they are usually the first people us customers see when we walk in. I applaud her efforts and her team that backs her up. GROSS . Haven’t been in a while because El Pollo Loco, especially this location, really skimps on the chicken. I knew better, but I really wanted a tostada salad, so I took a chance. Last time I went, I ordered it with no beans, and it was full of beans . I knew to order it this time and repeat no beans 3 times to the irritation of my server (sorry). I always order the DOUBLE chicken tostada. Why is it that there is NEVER any chicken?! I had maybe 5 small pieces. If it’s a double, shouldn’t have I received a double scoop of chicken? The tostada shells are getting smaller and the price is getting bigger (why?!). I love the new containers that the salad comes in but with the salad being so small, the container was too big and my food was a slipping and sliding mess. It looked so unappealing. Added pics so you can play “Where’s Waldo” with my chicken. LoL. Just ugh…

Well I ordered my food through the mobile app, walked in and the place was disgusting. I immediately was disappointed because I love el pollo loco. The work stations were so dirty food all over the place, no one cared to wipe up their messes while making everyone’s food they just kept working. I was sooo tempted to take pictures but honestly I felt bad because I know these people are just there to make a living to take care of their family but come on this is food your dealing with soo unsanitary, their bathroom had to be cleaner than the work station. On top of that they didn’t have the self serve bar so there is no excuse to why it was so dirty back their all they need is one person to come and make sure it’s wiped down instead of letting food pile up on the counters and corners of all the sides. Just disgusting had I not paid online I would have left.
