This is my favorite location and I never have any issues, however the service could have been better today. I apologize to Jesse for having to ask him to repeat his question 3 different times. It’s hard to hear when you’re speaking so low and there’s so much background noise in the back; however, I did not deserve the sassy attitude and the nasty face expressions I was given. Please work on better customer service. Anyways, I hope you have better days.

Here’s the deal. I don’t eat here very often and until tonight I hadn’t had a bad experience. The first issue I had was the girl taking the drive through orders (Emily G.) Was probably not paying attention and completely got our order wrong from the get go. We ordered salads and she kept trying to give us tostadas. After we got that cleared up we ended up getting 3 of the same salad, only 1 was supposed to be different. When I tried explaining this to the girl she began to argue with me. I had to ask for a manager because she was acting like a child. When the manager came to speak with us I explained what happened and he was extremely helpful and fixed our order.

I ordered the 2 piece chicken with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was burnt and dried out to a point the chicken disintegrated. The potatoes had very little gravy and only gave a couple spoonfuls of potatoes. I asked for a manager to call me and haven’t heard anything. I won’t be going back. Wanted to give no star but had to give one to post. Ugh!!

Very bad chicken and dirty place. My ordered was online for Legs and thighs black beans and corn tortillas. And they gave me a mix of chicken, pinto beans , and tortillas were not corns, the chicken was burned, and old. I had to go inside for my order the place was dirty 8 persons working there and they couldn’t clean their kitchen. Not good place to eat, bad chicken ad burned , employees don’t care . Never again I will go to this place.

People at the restaurant are polite but they are constantly running out of food items.. I go there about once every 5-6 months hoping that things have improved. I ordered two different items that SHOULD include rice. I would appreciate it if they would either tell you or offer a discount. This kind of service is NOT acceptable and I WILL NOT EVER recommend this restaurant to anyone!
