I generally don’t get Mexican Food from a drive thru but El Pollo Loco is an exception. The Chicken is always perfectly cooked, the Beans and Rice are always fresh, and the Tortillas are nice and warm. I always get the 3 piece combo plate enough for a small lunch and a good sized dinner! Must try.

First time at Pollo Loco, I was impressed by the great quality and quick service at this location today, I never expected this fast-food chain restaurant to be so AUTHENTIC to my beautiful Mexican culture, I order the Double Chicken Tostada Salad and it had a taste of familiarity and home, everything in it just so fresh and warm, exceptional service and ingredients that went into our food today. Very filling, worth the money, healthy I may add, and overall a satisfying meal. The customer service was pleasant as well, establishment well kept inside and out, quick service, fresh food, worth the money. 10/10 I will order here again and try some different things 🙂

Super super expensive for the amount of food they give. I got a family deal and the rice was supposed to be for 4 people and it barely was enough for 2 plates. Paid like 60 dollars and the food wasnt enough. Portions are super super small. I also got the smallest thinnest pieces of chicken.
