I love this Pollo Loco. The service is always good and the food is great. If you order a two or three-piece combo, I suggest one of your sides should be the Loco side salad. I add a little chicken, salsa and their delicious cilantro dressing and it is wonderful. Order ahead for a special meal at home, it is great to share with family and friends.

Staff were really patient and helpful. We had trouble ordering online with a discount code. They walked me through the app to complete the order. We are always pleased with the food quality and service. Once a while there is missing salad dressing or small items but not big deal. I suggest you double check your food before you leave just to make sure. This is our favorite El Pollo Loco location.
