When I went here with my uncle the food is disappointed and disgusting the chicken was BURNT and the quesadilla looks gross also there was so many flys and the white sauce was horrible and the lemon was rotten.I will never go here again.

I wouldn’t waste my money again in this location ever. The chicken was almost cold and there was barely chicken on each piece. The cashier wasn’t clear enough to explain the combo pricing either.

My name is carlos I had a bad experience I drove from Englewood which far to get a family order. This family order comes with a whole chicken and sides that I can choose from. They made a mistake and gave me 1/2 of chicken and I found out when I got home. I called to let them know what happened, I paid $37.09 so they told me to come back after I drove an hour, so I stop by 5 days later to get the other half and I asked the cashier to give me a side order of fries on the house and the manager who’s name is Javier said no and gave me a nasty attitude and proceeded to walk away…I know we make mistakes but the manager should know how to talk his customers and find the way to make people happy to keep business…. The cashier doesn’t say hello, she stares at you waiting for order. Then doesn’t listen while she starts talking to other people causing you to have to start talking again. God forbid you don’t speak Spanish, then they basically humiliate you at the register by asking to point and constantly ignoring what you’re saying and stop messing up your order. Then tells the line cook that the customer is rude to her. Literally said nothing at all besides my order and thank you through the bad service. She needs to be trained

They served me yuca frita and it was really cold and greasy. I asked them to fry a new batch and they just put the same yuca back in the frier. Now they were hot and so greasy I had to throw them out. Lost a customer.
