I cant stand a restaurant that will not post their prices on the menu. Id rather they are more expensive and be good than to be asking the cashier that needs to ask the cook who needs to ask the manager what the steak costs! Its gotta be their 2nd best selling product. Everything had a 20+ min wait. I didnt even know that i was in a hurry till they told me how long all the waits are. Everything was extra, and i get it its fine if i want sour cream, guac, and cheeze in a burrito. I chose to try the tinga, which was the only thing readily available. I wasnt too impressed. It was just ok nothing to make it a big deal.

Paid 21 dollars for a giant burrito unfortunately and it’s not my thing to complain the steak was no bueno. They should really inspect taste before giving it to the client. We were nice by not stating this and or embarrassing the waitress but there will be someone who will be extremely rude and will complain and maybe make a scene.

Had lunch here Saturday 6/24/23, we ordered the carne asada plate and a steak regular burrito in spanish because the waitress gestured that she did not understand english. She told us 1/2hour to cook skirt steak which is odd, we cook at home in less than 10 minutes. The food arrives burrito is ok, but the carne asada plate food was luke warm like it was sitting. Then a white family walks in and all of a sudden the waitress is speaking english, we felt so disrespected, and did not enjoy the food overall experience was horrible. We Will never come back !!!!!

El Pollo Vagabundo is the best kept secret of Northlake. The quality and flavor of their food is outstanding and never ceases to amaze me. Whether its chicken or steak, or even the amazing selection of salsas or the homemade tortillas The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant. 11/10

Before I loved this place the chicken had flavor the burritos were delicious and the sauces are not to be said but now nothing has flavor the chicken is not the same the burritos look the same size and the raw tortilla.Sir carlos we need you to come back to you and your team.
