The first time i tasted rhe menudo it was a really good tasting menudo and the second time i ordered, the meat tasted weird and rotten in the menudo making it taste overall bad. The first time i had ordered from them with the great tasting menudo , we also ordered burritos and the chile colorado had the weirdest taste. Ordering from here is never consistent, you never know if your going to get good or bad tasting food. So the second time was my last time coming here.

I called to get information on the group packs, Was planning on placing a large for the office and was trying to get pricing. Lady who answered (later stated she was the owner) was very rude. When I asked her to confirm the prices she said “I already gave you the prices” she was so bothered that I needed to confirm. LIke I said the order was a bit large as it was for the company I work for and I needed to get an accurate price for accounting purposes. So disappointed in the treatment will never do business with them again

I tried giving Ciro’s a second chance. That was my mistake. I ordered a simple dish and made sure it didn’t come with onions. My order was repeated to me and confirmed no onions. Once I picked up my order and got back home, I took a nice bite… into onions. I called back to get my order remade, just to be told I was in the wrong because I ordered my food WITH…WTH yall even confirmed my order to be without! To top it all off!!! The main lady has such a bad attitude towards anyone!! She wasn’t a help at all!! I got fed up just trying to get my order remade, even after being hung up on!! I just took the order back and will definitely not be going back here ever again!

Food was so good, they have the best agua fresca limonada. Reasonable prices. Service is not good at all. Lady took us the wrong order, and did not get our drinks refills.

I haven’t been here in a long time and they made some improvements since then. Always good food and good service. I’d much rather come here than go to that other place on Dyer, I don’t recall the name of the place, but it has something to do with the time, I think.

The comida corrida was delicious, but not “corrida”. Service and/or the kitchen was slow and needed to be reminded for our plates. We got a caldo de res, followed by your choice of tacos, enchiladas or flautas. Go with the flautas that Ciros is known for! Dessert is supposed to be included also but we didnt get any. If we had more time, we would’ve ask about it I think the tea is charged separately. Your table also gets tostadas and salsa.
