It’s been awhile since we ate here so we decided to stop in and I’m glad we did. My mom ordered the pick 2 and chose a chimichanga and a tostada, I ordered the Baja chimichanga and a bloody Mary. The food was delicious, the portions were good and our server was friendly and attentive. The bloody Mary was a little on the spicy side for me and I had a hard time finishing it, but it was a well made drink otherwise. The prices are in line with other traditional Mexican restaurants in the area. I will definitely be back.

Owned by the same family as all the other El Potrero locations. They take pride in a clean kitchen and good quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys Mexican food. My personal favorite is the El Guerrero special and the Chori qeuso which has chorizo in it.. mmmm.

This is the best and some of the most authentic Mexican food in the entire Flint area. This location was every bit as good as the original location which is currently on Fenton Rd in Flint. If you check this place out, make sure you ask for white cheese dip for the chips… You won’t regret it!

I went with my sister and our partners and we had a great time. The server was fun, joked around with us, and was overall a great server. The food was amazing and the portions were good, and it was priced better than other Mexican restaurants in our area. I wish I had tasked pictures of the margaritas, because they were huge!! Ordered to go at the window. Love the way their ground beef taste. I get the enchiladas and the chicken quesadilla it had so much chicken and they gave me and my grand daughter a carnation for mother’s day. They are one of my favorite places to eat

Is a new go to favorite even with being a large family. Location is very accommodating and didnt charge gratuity for family size, 10+ rating for that. I met the owner on our last visit and he’s very humble. Didn’t think twice about jumping in and helping out. Enjoyed talking about food and the prep that they have an eye for detail with. If the guacamole is a little spicy for your taste, just let your server know. A place you just have to try.
