Worst Mexican food I have ever eaten at a restaurant! I had lunch there today and it took forever to get waited on, I was at the bar. The salsa was uneatable, you could only taste garlic, not tomato sauce. The Speedy had very, very little taste. I am trying to save any first time customers the bad experience.

We have come here several times and always had issues with our takeout orders but the food was always pretty good. Today we ordered takeout after my best friend drove 5 hours to come visit, and we were surprised with this little guy in her food. After going back to the restaurant, they refused to let us get any money back, but did make a new one for us. The issue was too disgusting to be handled in the manner it was. I have worked in restaurants and understand that situations can be difficult to handle sometimes, however, a roach in your food is a completely different story.

Service was extremely poor, the server literally jus asked do you want something to drink, are you ready to order, as we sat down it was like he didn’t want to be there. The food was good came out in a timely manner and the drinks where superb.

Have to give a mixed review, the food was good, severed fast, but the cleanliness of the place was atrocious… Floors were sticky the bathroom reeked of urine, with the floor covered in it. It has just opened so they couldn’t blame a customer.

Everything was good I used to really enjoy everything there but now it’s more about quantity instead of quality now. It had been along time since I have had a chance to go back into El Potrillo I used to go at least twice a month and the food,drinks, and service was great but now it’s just good. Definitely not worth me spending the little money I have and I hardly ever get out of my house. So I wish I would have taken the time to go somewhere I would have really enjoyed one of the few times a year I get out now. Next time I’ll keep heading towards 400 till I get to my favorite little spot. T.T.

WAY OVERPRICED! Ten dollars drinks, 17 dollars for ground beef wrapped in a tortilla with nothing else in it. I would not recommend.

Decent Mex restaurant. Generous portions, tasty food. Crowded on a Sunday evening so they must be doing pretty well. Typical mid-range Mex prices. I think they could ramp up their salsa. We will go back.
