The quality of the food has really dropped. We order bistec sandwiches to go. When the cashier noticed we didn’t tip for takeout I noticed she went to the back to say something to the cook. We received our order like 20.minutes later. When we got home we noticed our sandwiches barely had meat and the pieces of meat it did have were all ligament pieces. We paid almost 20 dollars and throught most away. Very shady.

When they started this place was my to go place for frituras however it is extremely disappointed the quality of food being served. Today I ordered one conch and one octopus pastelillos and what I received was 2 empanadillas with vegetables in a sauce. I was lucky to find 2 small pieces of conch and zero meat in the octopus one. $12 wasted! No se molesten con los pastelillos de mariscos ciegos, ciegos, ciegos !

A couple of us had ordered from here before with no issues! Food and service always spot-on. Placed a very large order in excess of $200 today for our employees appreciation luncheon. Was missing items. Restaurant refused to give or send anything as they stated they had delivered everything that was ordered. Two of my employees went without their meal and others missing items. Will definitely reconsider before ever ordering from this place again! And that is a shame because the food is really good!

I ordered through delivery and the Alcapurrias everyone was raving about was meh it has some flavor and super salty but it barely has any meat! The passion fruit was very delicious and the pork chunks with tostones were also good but nothing special about this place at all.

Standing in line for over 15 min waiting for any communication 4 others standing In line. Both girls at the counter not acknowledging anyone. Not sure how you guys are going to sustain any type of business at this place. If you’re employees don’t take care of your customers or even acknowledge their existence when they’re five deep. People are showing up to eat your food. The least you could do is. Have Your employees communicate.With them when they’re standing there.
