Mixed feelings; Great décor, fun music, and a happy vibe~ Food was delicious, but, the service was slow and inattentive, so the food was served at almost room temperature, drink was weak. Disappointing. Another example of wasted potential in Bakersfield.

First time was incredible. Decided to go with the mole and it did not disappoint! The sangria was one of the best. Second time I went for lunch, they didn’t have enough staff and we were skeptical however the server let us know right away that there was only one cook and food might be a little delayed. The restaurant was packed. The server was incredible though, very attentive and was trying to control what she could control. Obviously food took a little longer than normal but wow the fish tacos were worth the wait! Also huge shout out to the server she was the sweetest and both times I was there she took great care of us.

Food is ok. Pretty authentic and savory. Just border line from the food being too American. Alot of the audience they are attractive or trying to target is white folks and it definitely has it’s reprecusions. In the sense that they start to lose authenticity and food flavor. Overall not bad at all. Great mariachi music on weekends and menu is pretty selective.
