Slightly salty for my taste buds but not bad at all ! Loved the food. Made to order so be ready to wait 20 min.

The service, and food were great! The food tastes homemade. What’s great is they also provide you with everything you need to add to your pupusas. The staff were very welcoming. And what’s cool is that it actually takes a while for the food to be ready but that’s only because this place is not a fast food joint, so they actually are making your plate right off that stove. You just can’t get something better than this el Salvadorian restaurant. I left really satisfied, and will be coming back.

Sooo yummy. I always gotta get pupusas when I’m in SoCal and El Pulgarcito had the best reviews in the area, so I popped in with my brother. Did not disappoint

I got Pork and cheese, shrimp and cheese, and bean and cheese pupusas. I found out that the pork and chicken are grinded down, I’m not sure if this is traditional but I was kinda hoping for shredded. It’s made to order which I love! The only thing that bothered me was that it felt like the AC was on blast so it was super cold for me personally but besides that the staff was extremely nice and the shrimp pupusas were good. Also to add I really liked that this restaurant provided a whole container of the tomato sauce to each table that orders pupusas eventhoug it did taste a little watered down!

Was excited to try a new place. I ordered a couple pupusas and as soon as I got home and tasted it, it was bland the curtido was missing maybe salt and more vinegarie taste to it. It tasted mostly like watery cabbage with oregano. The pupusas were ok I’ve tasted better.

The best pupusas around by a mile! They have a great selection and they never disappoint. I’ve tried them all and they are all delicious, although the shrimp ones are definitely my favorite. It’s what I usually take for lunch whenever I go to Disneyland.

Food was good, fresh, & delicious. Rumor has it that rival Pupusa restaurant’s pockets felt lite when Pulgarcito opened up. Come see why

Pupusas may as well be a food group for me. They are so good, and El Pulgarcito makes some tasty ones! I got the loroco con queso and frijol con queso. So so good! My husband got camaron and chorizo, he said they were great as well. Especially the camaron. We both love curtido so we got extra and took some home. If you’re trying to decide if you should make it a combo, DO IT!!! Probably some of the best rice and beans I’ve ever had. There was a bit of a wait to get the good, but I promise it’s worth it.

Remarkably delicious food. The best Papusas I’ve ever had. The only thing is they are so fresh and well made, it could take some extra time to prepare. Some times 30-1hr long. But good news you can call ahead of time and place an order.
