I ordered chaufa rice, the serving is enough for 2 persons, is a bit expensive, but the food is delicious, the relation quality price is fair, it comes with 3 different sauces, one them is ranch, other is with mustard, and the Last one is Spicy with mustard, that one is the one I pour on the rice, and It got a delicious and real Spicy, I really recommed this food truck, there is a Wide vareity of peruvian food.

10/10 I totally recommend I ordered the hamburguesa a la pobre it was so good the fries were kind of dry but was so good the little fries were amazing and the hamburguesa was so delicious. The egg was so good the meat was not hard. it was just right. I thought the meat will be hard but it wasn’t. SOOO GOOD. I definitely recommend.

The service is regular. But the food is I don’t even know where to start. Oh yes I know. I asked for fries but they were soggy and full of oil, like what is that the dip “sauce”? It was salty and I asked ahead and when I arrived they started to prepared so I don’t know hot those fires tasted like they were cooked previous night. Don’t even want to start with the fact that next day and that night I had a bad stomachache. Now I heard they are opening a new food truck where a good one used to be. I went there once and I’m not going back even paid. Also it wasn’t only me, was my husband as well that got sick for eating it.
