Great service and food for our visit. The Molcajete is my favorite! This was my second visit and it was as great as the first. Free fresh warm chips and a perfectly spiced salsa came out first. The service was fast and friendly and the food came out quickly. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back!

We travel the country full-time and love finding great Mexican restaurants like this. Started out with great house salsa, thick with a sneaky cilantro flavor. House margarita was good but the upscale was better. Chorizo queso was super yum as was the texan fajita.

From the moment we walked through the doors, it was a great experience! We were greeted and seen to our table and the service was top notch from all staff members. The food was on point and very flavorable, and our drinks were never empty. I highly recommend this establishment if you want a great all around visit.

It was great. We went there for my father’s funeral reception. After the funeral whole bunch of family and everything else was there. We had drinks a lot of food. Everybody was so friendly and of us. We got there with a group of 14. They sat us down with matter 20 minutes and got a table together for us who really good. We didn’t have to call in or nothing The food was great. The drinks were excellent. I’ll definitely go back for Mexican food especially cuz I’m from California and I know what real Mexican food is in this place. Can be a few places back there

My family and I have been eating at this restaurant for years, so I’m unsure why I haven’t left a review prior to now! We love the food, the service, our servers, and Leo – all are just amazing people! They are diligent in ensuring your food is made to your satisfaction, and you have a very pleasant experience! Even during Covid, they made a huge difference during a very bad time with their menu items to go, as well as their excellent service! Not to mention their margaritas are top notch and my favorite place to grab one!

The food is good but not consistent! The online menu/order is terrible!!! It doesn’t tell you what exactly your getting for certain dishes or meal deals like the family fajita pack. It doesn’t really seem to matter what or how you order your food they send it out however they feel to make it. Alot of the girls whom answer the phone are rude. I had one previous order that I called in 45 minutes before my lunch break which is only a half hour takes 8 minutes to get there 8 minutes back I get there and they never entered my order in the system then gave my half heated veggies in my fajitas and old rice that was basically mashed potatoes everything was slopped in the bag bagged filled with juice where the tops werent put on properly they turned them sideways at some point every meal was slopped to the side all the stuff comes with fajitas was mixed together like pasta .This is probably the only place I have ever heard that won’t let you place an order with a pick up time and when you try to call their phone 85% of the time it goes straight to voice-mail or do not disturb. we had a hefty sized order for my company so wanted to give them ample time to make it so it would be ready but I was told they can not take time orders. So we took our well over 600$ order else where Huge way to lose business and word of mouth is everything. To be very clear this is only at the ranson wv shop never had these issues at any other el ranchero been going since I was a kid.

I’ve gone here for years always 5 stars but last week I went and I only spent like $8 I left my server his tip in cash, got a notification when my card was ran for the correct amount. The next morning I get another notification stating that the amount had changed from $8 to $21 to include tip . I called and asked for a full refund because that’s unacceptable and unauthorized use of a card amount. How do you let your employees do this to your customers.
