Whatever you do, don’t order burrito with chicken or nachos with chicken, because that’s literally All you are going to receive. The burrito was a tortilla with chicken and some sauce only on top, and the nachos were chips with chicken and cheese. No joke, literally no other ingredients or seasonings. I’ve never seen anything like it.

The staff! They were so hospitable and happy to see if we needed anything even though they were swamped with customers. I can absolutely see why. The fajitas we had were so good. Coming from Tucson, that city knows how to do fajitas. I had not found a good place to get fajitas in the Spokane area until El Ranchito. My pictures don’t do the justice on how good these chicken fajitas were. If you want good food and don’t mind driving out to Nine Mile Falls, you should do it.

Chairs were loose and felt unstable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was very good, and plentiful. Easily made two meals. Went on a friend’s recommendation and our friend was right.

The salsa was more like plain tomato sauce. But the pollo la crema was very good. The restaurant didn’t really look like a Mexican restaurant is very commercial. So it was lacking a little bit of ambiance.

Picked up lunch today. They are very friendly and really care about everyone having a great experience. All staff had masks on. We did a to go order. Here is their menu. The food was hot fresh and tasty. We will be back! Be warned the salsa is spicy!

My husband absolutely loves their chicken verde dish and homemade salsa. He usually goes with the spicier salsa. I on the otherhand still want to taste my food which makes the less spicy salsa my choice. The flavor of their fajitas are definitely one of my favorites.
