I save and go without a few luxuries each week to treat my family to good food as something special I cannot always afford. In the past the chips were free and I often enjoyed them as my kids ate their meal. However, this last trip it was a minimum $10.00 to receive what was free before. I hope you can let me know where good flautas are aside El Ranchito Taco Shop, even if they don’t serve free chips with your meal

First time here. I didn’t think much of the place as I pulled up. Kind of hidden inside the plaza. As soon as you walk in you feel the “Mexican” vibe with all the colors and set up. I came on Taco Tuesday so I got 2 Tacos for $3.99. I got 2 Carnitas and 2 Asada.

Not many late night options in Hemet to sit down outside to eat. Glad we found this place! The food was good! It was cash only with ATM available. We ordered 2 taco plate that came with fountain drink for $9.99, 1 plate was chicken tacos and 1 plate was carne asada tacos. Also ordered a chili relleno.

Good meat, well seasoned. Tortillas are tasty in burrito or taco form. Good amount of salsa to pick from. They only take cash but they have an ATM on sit. Not bad at all but a little pricey for what you get. My burrito was loosely wrapped to make it look bigger then it really was, they could have used more meat inside to make it a fat burrito that fit the large Tortilla but they didn’t and its a shame because I would normally be full with half a good size burrito but it wasn’t big enough to share. The corn Tortilla for the tacos were good as well but some of the meats were a little dry and could have been better, had to load with salsa to fix it. They put a lot of ice in my drink which I was going to return but my hubby drunk it so it worked out. For the price I expect more from them but over all had a enjoy meal and service was fast. Still on the hunt for the right Mexican joint in town.

Special Thank You to El Ranchito for making my daughter’s going away party a huge success today! Much recommended for party catering! We got beef and chicken taquitos and quessadillas with all the fixings, plus beans and rice and extras the owner threw in, fed 20 people and still had leftovers!

We recently moved here, after going to a couple of other places, We are happy we found El Ranchito. Luv their 4 Street tacos (2 carne asada & 2 al pastor, w/everything) w/a drink Special the BEST!!! Fish burrito Delicious, Machaca burrito very moist and very good. Bean n Cheese Burrito very good. We recommend El Ranchito on Florida and Yale.
