Amazing food and service. We got a stuffed sopapilla (with red and green chili sauce), green chili cheese crisp, and a tamale. We also got regular sopapillas with honey (amazing!). Their prickly pear margarita was great too. It’s definitely worth the stop.

Food was ok, not great. Customer service was ok. Atmosphere was all over the place. Not a very polished restaurant. The guacamole dip is what got us, as you can see on the receipt they charged us $3.60 for that little container. Their prices are ridiculous. But there is not much out here.

We stopped here for lunch on road trip. We each had enchiladas, mine was a plate combo that came with sopapillas—my first time trying them, and they were delicious! The food was excellent and very filling. We received outstanding service here, our waitress made sure we were enjoying our food and had a good time there. The only thing that could be improved is maybe if they played some music. But otherwise it is a very worthy experience for travelers!

Order a Chime Enchilada style with a side of rice. The side of rice cost $3.00 and I think it should have been $1.75. They sure know how to rip people off. Not even worth 15.00 plus taxes. I could have a better meal at Bienvenidos Restaurant where the food is better and you actually get your monies worth!!!

There was an issue with my order due to the quality of the meat the chef had to work with but the staff replaced my meal without any issues and my substitute dish was delicious! Management see that the chef has good quality meats to work with!

Always stop here on my way home. It’s been a staple in Holbrook for decades. There’s a reason why they’re still here when the convenience of fast food has taken over this town. Anyone whining about presentation or price is obviously not used to used to flavor. Go have your mayonnaise white bread sandwich and sit down elsewhere. My only issue is the green chile, it’s not consistent…it’s either wipe your nose spicy or no heat…no inbetween. Service is always good, food is always good. Worth the stop. Just please work on the sewer smell in the bathrooms.

Fabulous food, very kind, friendly and attentive waitress. I had the shredded beef burrito with the chef made green chili salsa. So delicious and more than ample portions. My wife had chicken enchiladas. Chips and salsa, a wonderful first impression.
