Got my order mixed up. Called and the girl couldn’t hear me. Probably due to the very loud music in the background. Told her the sides are wrong and if I can get credit or exchange it and she said no because we already picked it up. But, it’s not our fault they wrote down the order wrong. She said even it’s their fault, its our fault for not checking the food and hung up!! As a customer, one trusts our food order is correct and when we picked ip our food the bag is closed up with a knot. Bad customer service drives good customers away from establishment.

Very bad customer service! Rude, arrogant, and lots of bad attitude!! I ordered 1 whole chicken with 2 sides of beans and 1 side of rice for take out. Drove 40 mins back home, opens the food to feed my family and my side orders were 2 of rice and 1 bean. I called and spoke with Ruby Perez and she said to bring in the side of rice and will exchange it for beans right away. I told her I cannot drove back another 40mins and leave my family alone (kids). I asked for the supervisor and she said he will be back until Wednesday. I asked if I can return the rice later today and exchange it for the beans and she said she cannot credit my order (which I wasn’t trying to get a free ride) because it needs to be returned right away. I asked for the name of the supervisor again and she said they will not refund me or exchange if I bring back the rice later today and she cannot give the name of the supervisor as it’s confidential information. What a joke!! I told her it’s not our fault that they took the order wrong and she said yes but cannot credit and cannot give out names of supervisor. We are returning customers and have never been treated like this girl treated us. Confidential information my !!

While we ate an employee came out and was sweeping while we ate, that is poor etiquette and rude, you should know not to sweep while people are eating, in some cultures that is considered an insult also u are making dust from the floor go up in the air while people are eating. It shows that lady has no manners and poor education

I just placed an big order and they messed it up they must have given me someone elses order because of how off the items were. I called and they don’t answer how convenient for them. I live far and now have to travel back and im not even hungry anymore. Terrible service people need to pay attention. I wouldn’t even give one star but i needed one to write a review.

I have been to alot of Mexican chicken spots but this one is set apart from the rest simply because they are the only one to have a peanut salsa that’s out right one of the strangest things I ever heard of but don’t let that stop you from trying it out , cuz once you do you’ll want to take a bowl to fill up and take it all home try it I dare are you

1st time at the one here in Roundlake, usually go to the one in waukegan but they were closed today for remodeling I guess. Wanted chicken so bad we took the trip to this location was afraid it wasn’t going to be the same but happy to say their chicken, rice and beans were just as good. Prices were a little more expensive at this location but at that point didn’t really care with every penny lol..

I called the restaurant and all I could hear was music. I asked the women on the phone to turn off speaker phone. Or turn down the music. Women became rude and hung up on me! I couldn’t even place an order to try their food!!! Very Rude!!!!

Rey del pollo but nothing else. Had lunch inside and none of us were happy with our food. Steak quesadilla, steak didnt taste good, most of the cheese wasn’t even melted. Milanesa Torta was super tough. Only get the chicken and get it to go.
