We were traveling back to AZ from a trip to Colorado and were craving Authentic Mexican food. We stopped at the Rialto and were very disappointed with the food. We ordered the pork enchilada and the ground beef enchiladas. We both asked for the refried beans and rice. The rice was overcooked and smothered with tomatoes, the beans were ok but smothered with cheese. The entire plate was covered with the red chili sauce so all we could taste was the sauce. We enjoyed the spicy aspect of the sauce but it was just too much. The service was great and the restaurant’s atmosphere was nice.

The food was absolutely wonderful! The service was great as well. Very accommodating of special requests too. They have awesome green chili, BTW. Well worth a drive into downtown off the interstate if you’re passing through.

The staff at El Rialto was very kind in accommodating my special in restaurant dining request. There were several vegetarian options. I had what I thought was going to be a grilled cheese, but was like a grilled cheese quesadilla which was very flavorful. Then I also had an a la carte chili relleno which was from a round and long chili, rather than the usual flattened / halved chili. It was fried just right and the cheese on green chili on top were very good. The green chili overall was to me, ideal, in terms of some heat, while still having a lot of flavor.

Traveling thru and just happened to stop by this place. They were very busy and only had one server when we got there. They got us in and served very quickly. The food was great. Four of us and different dishes. Everyone was very happy and satisfied with our meal.

This is what I consider to be home style Mexican. Very good prices, traditional dishes, and there’s a bar attached for drinks. They had daily specials and the place was open, bright, and clean.

I work for a University and we had an event. Not only was I told the food was AMAZING (and they made sure I knew I missed out I didn’t have any) but their customer service is seriously tip top!! They were so patient, extremely flexible, and went above and beyond to make this event work for us. Support local family owned restaurants!! We were the 2nd customers in the door at 11:33. Quickly seated, water served and we ordered. Ordered Rialto Nachos. More people in the door and seated. First couple in received their food. And we waited…and waited. A couple of to-go orders went out. And we waited. The third couple in received their meal..and we waited. Finally after 34 minutes we left. Will not darken their door again.

I went on a Friday evening and was able to be seated fairly quickly. Our server was nice and got our food out quickly. There was a gentleman playing music and he was really good! But we were seated right next to him and it got hard to hear the conversation at the table. But overall a great meal!! Chicken wasn’t dry and the red Chile was amazing!
