I stopped in April 2023 to get a California . I once bought two burritos and have both one afternoon. I ate this on the way to Kellogg and cut off merging cars because it was hitting the spot! They have big boy meat portions enough to satisfy any appetite. The BEST part is that they are open until 2 AM.

I’ve never eaten inside, I’ve always went through the drive through. But they are always fast, friendly, and very affordable. They smile, they are pleasant and just wonderful people. You can ask questions, make substitutions, and they are still always friendly and very helpful. Plus they are never that busy, so it’s always a quick experience (at least the times I’ve been there)

Rude customer service, cut me off ordering my food by giving me the total before I even said it was all I wanted. Let me sit at the window for 6min before even taking my money so I did not bother to finish ordering what I wanted. Handed me the food without a word and shut the window. Just to get tough steak without any seasoning.

Well to complain about the lady getting our order wrong would be small but the foods flavor tasted like canned beans and rice and on top of that the atmosphere was so welcoming with company that is if you like visiting with flys all in your face and on your food other then that it’s just a spot to get out of the heat

I got off work just before midnight stopped by elricardos to get a meal dead tired and hungry. I was charged for el pastor tacos which is my favorite Hispanic food and I didn’t receive any tacos with my meal. They lost me and my family as customers after this we will never return to elricardos. Be careful and check your food at this place. I would’ve if I wasn’t rushing to get home before midnight and get cleaned up from work and didn’t have rude impatient people behind me in line as usual. You can’t trust some people. I hope the money they got from me for free without giving me my food is really helpful to their business.

My absolute favorite restaurant of all time. I recommend the supreme burrito or anything with their grilled chicken. I eat here at least twice a week and I’ve never been disappointed. I love that they’re open 24 hours, super rare here in Wichita. The people that work here are always so nice and seem happy to serve people. I moved to Wichita 3 years ago and this was one of the first places I tried, I was instantly in love and I’ve brought every friend I’ve made in that time to Ricardo’s and they all become regulars too. The atmosphere is so nostalgic and cozy, I usually do drive through but if I have time I always sit and eat and relax. Please give them a try I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Sad to see one my fave mexican food spots be so trash these past couple of weeks. I kept trying to get a remedy for my effed up orders like my super nachos were horrible and I ordered a california burrito and they didnt tell me they were out of guacomole one night, just to find out when i got home, all i had was fries and potatoes and meat on my burrito. So I called that same night to remedy, they took my name down but just didnt let me know i only had a week to get my free burrito. So I ordered a steak quesadilla this time, just for all the meat and cheese be at the bottom of the quesadilla and not spread out to the edges. Just will never come bck anymore. Its a plus to be a late night restruant, but is it worth anymore messups?? No.
