This somewhat hidden gem, tucked into Addison Circle, is doing things right. The food is good, from a varied, interesting menu, and at reasonable prices. I was greeted at the door by a friendly hostess which was a great start. I had the Dos Burritos de Carne and it did not disappoint. The two larger-then-expected burritos came filled with chunks of beef, atop rice, and covered in a flavorful creamy brown sauce. The special today was a $4 house margarita and they didn’t skimp at all, which is also a nice surprise. My excellent server was Tess who confessed to being new. She will do well here, no doubt. The place is ran like a Swiss watch by a manager named Harry who clearly knows this business. Consider El Rincon the next time you’re craving Mexican cuisine.

Welcoming restaurant located in the heart of Addison, a beautiful decor touch gives a good atmosphere. Seating available indoors and outdoors. I had the Carnitas Chile Pepper and it was a tasty dish and just about the right size. I also had the Tamarindo Agua Fresca which was a good thirst quencher. Service was a bit slow when I entered but then they were friendly and helpful. I look forward to coming back

Five takeaway orders for curbside pickup. Excellent service! Conveniently wrapped to take home and open. The salsa and chips were delicious and still warm. Everyone enjoyed their food. We will return for future orders.

After reading the other reviews, maybe I just went on an off day. The service was slow. We were the only ones in the place at 1130am. The waitress walked by us several times. I actually asked my brother if he had ordered and I missed it since we had been sitting there waiting so long. The food was bland. I’ve tasted better food in a tv dinner. The chips tasted store bought. The flautist were hard and contained only a small amount of meat. It was mostly burned crust inside. The nachos were good. The quesadillas were gummy. I’ll give it another shot on a different day.

I’ve been coming to El Rincon since I moved to the Addison area. From day one, the staff welcomed me and made me feel as if I made an excellent choice. Not only is the staff friendly, but the atmosphere is inviting and a great way to end a busy work day. From the moment I walk through the door, I’m greeted by welcoming staff like Mayra and Jasmine. When I sit at the bar, I receive top-notch service from Alma and Jom. I’m never overlooked or ignored, and it’s service like this that keeps me coming back for more. I must say I never have to ask for anything twice, whether it be drinks or chips and salsa. I am not surprised that I receive great service, because the restaurant is managed by people who not only care about customers, but who just love what they do. I can’t forget them!!!! To the amazing owner, Susan, and the awesome manager, Harry, thanks for leading by example and always making me feel welcome! From friendly service to great food to an excellent happy hour spot, El Rincon is definitely the place to go!!! So if you are looking for great Mexican cuisine with flair, El Rincon is where it’s at!

After seeing The Little Mermaid, my family and I stopped by for lunch. Absolutely adore this restaurant. Each dish is delicious and prepared with care. Totally dig what you’re doing, folks. Tacos and beef nachos are the kids’ favorites. Adults really enjoy the cocktails.

It was wonderful sitting on the patio. My boys had the beef & chicken fajitas with homemade flour tortillas. I had the Mexican cob salad & it was very fresh. There was crisp bacon & pickled red onions. I wish I had more cilantro ranch dressing but I guess it’s another reason to go back. The manager & servers were wonderful.
