Flat-out delicious, I’m hooked I go for my lunch break every day. I will continue to go tell my last day working nearby.

Got the adobada taco and the ground beef taco. I found the ground beef to be too salty but liked the adobada a lot. I liked it so much I came back 15 minutes later and bought a adobada burrito. The rice in the burrito was very tasty

I was talking an unusually long walk yesterday, and I’m glad I did because otherwise I probably wouldn’t have discovered this truck. I got three tacos: the shrimp, rajas (sliced poblano peppers) & potatoes, and the current special al pastor. All delicious; I think the rajas were probably my favorite. I hope I see them in more places around the city since I don’t make it through the Strip too often.

Absolutely great experience with El Rincon. They came out for an event and were extremely kind and accommodating. Food was stunning and I wish I could eat it every day! I’m usually weary of food trucks but they put out excellent quality food.

I feel like I keep trying to get tacos in Pittsburgh, and I keep ending up at sit-down places that charge $15 for two tacos. This truck is a most welcome departure. Solid, no bs tacos at the price point tacos are supposed to be at. I will definitely be back.

They forgot the salsa, so we paid $5 for a styrofoam container of chips. They forgot a shrimp taco and one of our enchiladas had a hair deep in the middle of it. Outside of all that it’s delicious, they can cook, just can’t run a food truck properly?

If I could rate higher I would. Food is hot, consistent and flavorful. I eat here roughly 2-3 times a week best authentic tacos in Pittsburgh. Cannot wait for the brick and mortar.

El Rincon Oaxaqueño is by far the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in Pittsburgh – everything is made fresh, even the churros are amazing. They keep several kinds of salsas at the ordering window, all are fantastic! 10/10 would recommend trying this place. You won’t regret it!
