They have the best Tamales in Santa Maria! There is a language barrier if you don’t speak Spanish but we always get by. I ordered large quantity tamales for a party and they got rave reviews from everyone, I can always trust their quality of food. Thanks El Rincon!

The place was nice, quiet and clean. But the cashier was rushing when we were not ready to order, when we were ready she took her sweet time to take our order, with bad attitude. Our order was delivered really quickly. The food had a funny smell and it was flavorless, the salsa was sweet instead of spicy, the drinks were to small and the aguas frescas were watered down. Only good thing was the mole that we ordered to go.

I called to order a take out meal really rude cashier and very unprofessional. When I opened my order to see if it was the correct one since it had a fishy smell to it she said well if that’s what you ordered that’s what you get. I am very disappointed with her attitude. I am here to purchase food and not to ask for free food. Never coming back to this restaurant ever again I wish they would have better customer service and more friendliness. Definitely not a good restaurant to bring family to eat.

Their tlayudas are the BEST !! there is a “order here” sign they do not come up to you so whenever you are ready you go and order yourself. They do have a serious attitude so i guess i can say they need to smile more but overall food is great

I never ever leave reviews!! but honestly,I feel really disappointed about this place, When we got there we waited at our table for about 10 minutes for someone to bring us the menu as usual, but since no one came we went to grab it and again minutes went by and no one came to our table to take our order so we went to the cashier to order, waited for about 5 minutes and AGAIN no one took our order…30 minutes of my lunch time lost!! really bad customer service!! I ended up going to a fast food restaurant because I only had a few more minutes of my lunch time left!

Tamales are great!! Oaxaqueno style with mole and chicken and traditional pork. Sadly, they are often out of them.Custimer service is lacking but decent food. Go early for the tamales
