Went during lunch time and had a sancocho it was very soupy the flavor was alright. my husband had the bandeja paisa the presentation was nice but it was lacking flavor as well. Price is high for the quality of the food waitress was nice.

Really bad looking and tasting food. Order Uber eats from this place and it was missing items, egg was raw and avocado was rotten. Really it was disgusting. Don’t waste your money here. If there was a -5 star that’s the rating I would give them.

They do not provide you with water. when asked they brought me a bottle of water which was 2 dollars and some change. They also include 18% tip automatically when it was only a party of 3. No music was playing either so I don’t understand.

Horrible experience and terrible food. Servers are rude and food is old. Restaurant doesn’t let you know that tip is automatically included on your tab, doesn’t give you the detailed receipt and charges additional tip as if it hasn’t been charged already. All 3 things I wanted to eat they said they didn’t have, although it was on the menu and asked for water because they didn’t bring any to the table and got a dirty look from the server. Any other rinconcito is fine but this one must be AVOIDED. No customer service whatsoever and zero attention to detail by staff. You are better off eating frozen food.

Awful, the Food was cold, the service could have been better but it wasn’t our waitresses fault. 200 + people in the place in only two waitresses. Ridiculous. If you go eat here, mainly because there’s nowhere else to go, when you get your bill check it well, they ad in 18% tip – last time I checked when you go with a large party that’s when they go ahead and put in the tip automatically We eere 2 adults and 1 child. Be careful – when they come back with your card to pay they gave you another charge receipt to sign with a breakdown of 15, 18 and 20% tip to add to that. They offered karaoke and a show, the show is a DJ.

It’s ridiculous and odd to charge an extra fee if you pay with credit card plus automatically they include the tip of 15% or 18% in a check of $50’s with just two people. Then your check comes with a blank line for more tip. If I get to go one more time the tip would be modify, Either they like it or not, Why they don’t clean the place for a better presentation and to be able to reflect a better image to new customers.
