The food was absolutely gross. Found 2 hairs in my food, I have never tasted Mexican food with absolutely no flavor before. The price is ok, tamas is trash and smelled like a wet dog. Food came out less than five minutes after we ordered. First and last time trying. Plus charging people for chips and salsa refill.

Not happy – but let me explain why…We have been frequenting this restaurant for years. We usually just get take out salsa and chips and we do this a couple times a month. We have always loved this place UNTIL TODAY. I came at lunchtime to grab chips and salsa for when my hubby got home from work a few hours later….He got home and opened the plastic bag of chips to get to the white paper sack that the tortilla chips were in and there was a crushed bug on the bag. Completely disgusted, I called and spoke with the manager who basically blew me off when I told him there was a bug in our food. He happened to be the same gentleman that took my payment. Said he would call pest company. He asked for my name and said he would replace my order. I said no thank you we won’t be back, this is gross. He said give it 2-3 weeks (if that would make me more comfortable) and come back for my order replacement. I was told that I could not get a refund only a replacement of my order – which OBVIOUSLY I do not want. EVER.

The last few times I’ve been here the food has gotten the worse.. Salsa is watered down and only halfway filled.. Pay more and getting less.. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but this has been more than once and I will no longer be coming here. The food does not taste the same either. I honestly don’t want to know what you guys are up to you trying to save money but it isn’t right
