This place is the absolute best! Tacos are amazing and so flavourful! They really pack the tacos too. The owners are super friendly and the service was awesome! The time it took for us to get our food couldn’t have been any quicker! Definitely our go to for amazing Mexican food!!

I was in the area so I stopped in and ordered some steak tacos. This place has been in this strip mall for around 40 years now. The steak tacos were just average. I wouldn’t go out of my way for these tacos, but they are ok if you’re in the area.

Food was pretty good, nothing you haven’t had before at every other place just like this. I do need to address one thing though… We ordered based on their website menu/pricing and we ended up being charged an extra $12.50 on top of that pricing. No matter how we added it up (yes we even added 10% tax) we could not account for an extra $12.50 more than what we ordered. This leads me to believe their web menu pricing isn’t accurate or is slightly misleading – so just go in eyes wide open and make sure the price is what you expected. Otherwise, while good, it’s not on the level of something you’re going to crave or remember in a couple days. Flavors were solid, I would say the rice and beans were a bit flat and needed a pinch more salt. Tacos were slightly dry and overcooked, but the flavors were there. Enchiladas were relatively on point and the Chiles Relleños was also pretty good. All in all I’d give this place a solid 3.5. Since I can’t do that, and factoring in the pricing issue, I landed on a 3. We will probably be back, maybe, but will continue to look for better options as well.

Great customer service. We had the Camarones al mojo de ajo & the Lengua en salsa Verde. Very flavorful, good portions and freshly made.

Dude, they put a Kraft single on my enchiladas and the burrito suizo my friend had was covered in a jar marinara sauce. Please don’t ever go here. You’ve been warned. 0/5

The best Mexican food in Illinois. Steak tacos are amazing. The cheese in the quesadillas is the best. Chips and salsa are home made and perfection.
