I have been here a couple of times and never had a Problem with the food. I don’t know if they changed the cook, Today I went in to get a bandeja sabor el chef para 2. chicharrónes were hard and old as if they were sitting there for a long period of time. Shrimp were very over cooked to the point that it was hard to bite into it. The plátanos weren’t even cooked through and the carne was really tough and had a lot of fat. Very disappointed.

this place is okay i been ordering for a long time.but my last issue witht this place was they charge me alot for an order that was not the right the right one. when i call the one who takes the order respond well the kitchen is busy!!its not fair to be charged for the wrong order and have no dignity to at least send the right one i had to wait for 1 hour for this !!! you guy need to do better be more professional

The chef restaurant’s is the greatest of Guatemalan foods in Hempstead,he’s Tim is so professional and they no how to treat everyone the right way,personally I’m really happy with the recipe atencion everything is delicious and I’m recommended to go enjoy everything they have there is so good,all my personal from Auto man transmission in uniondale visits the chef almost every week,

This is the worst. 1st of all the service the ladys give here is ridiculous they dont have good manners and I order an horchata which I didnt get and when I ask for the check they were charging me for a juice I didnt even order also the fried beans have no taste. Will bot come back her any more.
