I feel like this place is largely underrated! Unlike large commercial restaurants, El Sabor de la Familia has a very authentic taste and feel. The prices are incredible, and the serving sizes are quite generous. Their food looks great, smells great, and tastes amazing! The employees (all women when I visited) were friendly, attentive, and served me very quickly. They even answered all my questions without getting annoyed or trying to up sell me on an item that I didn’t want. The next time I’m in Arizona, I will definitely be visiting this establishment again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food, the way your abuelita used to make it.

This was my first time coming here and it was pretty good. I walked in and it didn’t look like the food was going to be any goo. I was wrong! The food was fresh and hot, the flavor was incredible and the customer service was good. My husband and I took a while to order and they didn’t get frustrated with us. Delicious food. We will come back.

The avocado sauce on the carbe asada fries was rotten, they added ketchup to my shrip cocktail, which i would have preferred if they asked me if that was ok, i was expecting a spice and sour meal, but instead i had sweet and spicy. Not happy.

Excellent Soup! I had the tacos they’re very tasty however I felt for the price and the size of the taco shell that they should’ve added more meat ; five stars for sure if more meat was in the taco. Love the place I’m probably going to be going back tonight

Beans were too salty, carne was dry and the rolled tacos were small and barely had any meat in them. I recommend going across tge street instead to the taco truck Tacos del Sol.

We’re here for the weekend from OH and Googled local breakfast near me. This was amazing food!! Green chili chilaquiles pictured here. The corn tortillas are fresh homemade. we have a busy weekend planned but I’m already trying to figure out when we could come back one time before we leave. No coffee, but there’s a donut place next door.
