I have been 4 or 5 times now and have never been disappointed, I love their food and so does our whole family. Every time my dad visits he wants to eat here. Service is quick. I recommend the burrito supreme. A great variety of great dishes and a staple to seymour in good food!

El Sabor in Seymour, is aTerrific place! Our new go to local restaurant! Very generous portions and delicious. Everything is made as ordered, and the cocktail program is fantastic. We met the owner, Alejandro, he and his son are great people, and service is excellent even though there short staffed. We HIGHLY recommend it and will definitely to go back as soon as possible!!

We went there 3 weeks ago and service wasn’t good and food was cold. Went back tonight and sat for half hour before even took our order. Waited over another half hour still no food. There was only people in 6 booths when we there, so they weren’t even busy.

We were in this restaurant in March and were very disappointed. However, they’d just opened and we thought we’d give them a second chance. Last week we went back. We were equally disappointed, if not even more so. The food is extremely bland. I ordered the BBQ burrito – seems like it was smothered in 1/2 bottle of Baby Rays BBQ sauce. The meat inside had no Mexican seasoning, it tasted like a bland pot roast. My spouse’s burrito was the same, no flavor. We ordered an appetizer of Nachos, which came at the same time as the entrees did. Not only was that frustrating, the Nachos were wet and soggy. I tipped the plate up and within 2 minutes there was a puddle of water and grease at the bottom of the platter. The service was bad – 1 server taking orders & serving for the entire place on a Friday evening. It was obvious we were finished, yet had wait over 10 minutes to even ask for the check. I’m sad that it’s like this, as we live in Seymour, and want to spend locally. We won’t be back.

We came in for Easter and didn’t really have anything planned. They put on an Easter egg hunt and our 1 year old loved it! Not to mention the food was fantastic! They definitely brightened up our day!

I just loved it I had a good times with friends, place was clean and services was Ok. The food was very authentic definitely will keep go in back. Next time i will ask doble shot the margaritas because I had 2 of them but I never felt the alcohol.
