Walked in by accident because this place is always full and wanted to see why. The food was 10 times better than I expected. Prices were extremely reasonable and the portions were large. Food is authentic. So many delicious things on the menu that I’ve never had before. The food is insanely delicious.

I really recommend going here ! Love there food but it’s hard to see one cook in the kitchen and overall the food he does so good with making good plates so presentable ! They have short staff because of that. But he makes the restaurant functionable and the food looks nice and good! I give him my respects and 5 stars ! There pupusas are really good!

The popusas are amazing, especially if u like melted cheese, but they have like 8 different combinations, and salvadorian foods are really good. You don’t have to travel to have that taste, but the waitress is slow and forgetful. But if you want the most authentic salvadorian cuisine, this is the place.

I tried to call them 3 times to order but no one picked up. Once I arrived & placed my order they said it will take an hour & it did take an hour. Got my food an hour later, but they messed up my order. The horchata taste so horrible. They give you the horchata in a container that’s used for soup & not in a plastic to go cup. Really unhappy with this place. I am salvy & this is NOT the best Salvadoran food.

Delicious food, HUGE portions for a small price. We got a selection of pupusas, tamales, empanadas, plantains and carne asada, and had leftovers for days. I’ll definitely be going back and look forward to trying the many other types of pupusas.

I was surprised by how good the food was here! Usually I’m very, very skeptical of any places that calls themselves Salvadorean and sells pupusas, because I only trust one place to make actually good, authentic, high quality pupusas and that place is in Brooklyn. HOWEVER- this place in Jersey is coming in at a very close second place. Their curtido is AMAZING and their sauce feels authentic. Their pupusas are filled to the brim and the taste is excellent. And not only that but super affordable. Will be coming back.

The food was very good. We ordered the papusa, tamele de pollo and pastele de pollo. We also had the orchada drink. Delicious. My only complaint is that the prices on the menu are not true. So just be aware. We didn’t notice that until we got the bill. The waitress never notified us of that.
