We got one of each of their birria items to try. The tacos were so so, but the quesadilla and the pizza were fantastic. The real star of the show was the birria Ramen. Absolutley delicious.

This was my first time (and most likely my last time) having birria tacos. I asked for no onions, no cilantro… my tacos had small pieces of onions inside, and piles of cilantro. The shell also had a sweet taste to it which I didn’t like. Again, this was my first time having them so I don’t know if that’s notrmal or not. My husband had his tacos as is, and aside from the sweet shell, he enjoyed his. They also charged $3 for extra cheese, yet put the extra cheese on my husband’s tacos, instead of mine which wasn’t correct.

This was only my second time trying Birria Tacos. The first time almost turned me off of them completely. I am so glad that I gave them another shot…. These were some of the best tacos of my life. Very rich and flavorful, and still feeling fresh after a 40 minute commute! Didn’t have to wait very long and they have a nice pager system that buzzes when your order is ready. I will be back and we eating on the spot next time!

This is easily the best food truck I’ve ever been to. The birria quesadilla I got last week was, to be completely honest, one if the top five things I’ve ever eaten. The meat is so tender and incredibly well seasoned, and you can tell that time, care, and love were put into the birria. The incredible river of melted cheese was a perfect contrast to the sweet and salt of the meat, and the cilantro and onions give it an earthy taste that balances everything just beautifully. The extra juice with the order is, after the dipping is done and the food is finished, good enough that you’ll talk yourself out of drinking it. This place is high quality and worth every penny. Great service, incredible food, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

HANDS DOWN, the best Birria in all of Winston. And trust me, I have tried a few places. I loved every bite. I couldn’t even finish 2 pieces and I was already full. I just wish they were open more frequently. But this is definitely my new favorite birria spot. Very good…
