We love coming to this restaurant the food is delicious and the portions are reasonable for the price. The pupusas are so good here they have regular masa and rice masa (de arroz y de harina) the salsa is delicious they have two kinds one is a little more spicy both very tasty and the curtido is always fresh and delicious. The pupusas are not oily at all unlike other places where they are drenched in oil. Their aguas frescas are so refreshing and freshly made daily none of that fountain machine drinks here they have Maracuya, horchata, Nance, Ensalada, Tamarindo . Their Platos típicos are good portioned and we love the desayuno plate and the pan con pollo. They sell fresh pastries we always buy semita de piña to have with coffee or atole de elote which they sell here too and I really like it. Highly recommend this restaurant for your next date night or family outing!

5 stars for food hands down. The establishment isn’t in the best condition but it doesn’t take away from the food experience. We’ve always had great service.

This has been one of the worst salvadorean food I’ve had… 1st of the pupusas weren’t great, you can see the chicharrón shredded the cheese wasn’t that cheesy the mesera got me the wrong order and brought a plastic cup with crean (for my tamales)that looked like it been seating there for a long time. Never coming back here again and is not cheap..

Every time we go the food sometimes is good sometimes isn’t I guess it depends on who cooks that day

Everything that is utilized feels like picnicking cutlery. The food didn’t taste authentic salvadorian..missing the right flavor even on beans. Xpensive and not enough people for service.

This was the worst Salvadoran food ever! I am Salvadoran, that is not the salsa we use for pupusas, the radish and tomato looks old and the guacamole is disgusting! Do not order here! I am from Los Angeles where you can find real authentic delicious food.

Took my wife on her birthday to El Salpicon, ordered food “pupusas” and were all extremely burned, the cook tried to hide the burn & turned upside down but still found the nasty burned part on all the guests invited

Pupusas were not that good a bit on the Dry side. We ordered on the phone and the lady said “30” minutes, it took almost an hour. Not worth the wait, we won’t be back. A good Pupusa should be moist and a little greasy, not dry and hard. Sorry but I have to be honest. The lady’s were all Nice though.
