The food was delicious! We both ate as much as we could eat! The waitress was wonderful! When you check out if you use a credit card there us a charge, if you pay cash they give you a bonus!! What a lovely experience!

My wife and I ate here for lunch on a weekday. The place was not busy, though there were a couple of other tables occupied. There were two servers that day and they were more interested in a soccer match on television than they were doing their jobs. Food was very bland and greasy, much worse than most Mexican restaurants I’ve been too, and that is saying something. We won’t be back.

Went here with a large party. Sunday after 6 was very busy. Service was a bit slow and erratic but not uncomfortable and management was accommodating. Good chips and salsa. Food was great. Mexican selections. Plentiful and fresh. Had chicken fajitas which took the longest to get out to me. Enchiladas and carne asada looked amazing too. Virgin margarita tasted like the real deal. If going on the weekend, go earlier if possible.

I love this place. El Saltillo Long Beach has been my go to for good food (lots), good prices, and great service for years. My wife and I frequent it, and all our friends all agree that it’s the best on the coast. The food always comes quick and hot and the servers are quick and friendly. We’ve made many friends over the years with the staff there and enjoy seeing and talking to them every time!
