I delicious place to dine at. My only complaint was that sometimes they give me stale chips. But when it’s busy, they are fresher. They have excellent steak. Everything they serve has nice flavor, even the chips don’t need salsa, which is also nice and spicy. The music is fun to listen too, although I don’t understand it. The wait staff are very attentive. The seating is nice with good lighting. Bathrooms are clean. Drinks are nice. There’s much more too say. It’s Avery nice place that I plan on frequenting. Don’t rush to finish your food, the portions are large and rich and you will make yourself sick. Just ask for a box.

First time eating here. We liked the atmosphere. They played reggaeton instead of Mariachi music. The hostess and waitress were friendly. They served us chips and salsa right away. They have a large menu to choose from. My husband enjoyed his steak fajitas. The food was too salty for the rest of us. They are a new restaurant so I would recommend trying it for yourself.

we walked in and it took a minute for anyone to sit us because they were all standing around talking and on their phones. the waiter looked at the hostess like it was an inconvenience for us to sit where she placed us and still nobody would talk to or look at us. only out three stars because the food came out fast, it was delicious and not too expensive. the place is very clean and put together but the wait staff could use some MAJOR improvements!!

I had been looking forward to this place opening for quite a while. It opened Wednesday, today is Friday. I do understand how busy places can get, and how kinks have to be worked out when opening a new business. We stopped in around 3:00, it was not extremely busy, it was steady, but not busy. The service was horrible. We were seated right away (I think because I’m having to use a walker right now) but after that it took a good few mins before the waitress came to talk to us and get our drink order, about 5 mins later we get. Chips and salsa, about 5 mins later our drinks finally arrive. The waitress proceeds to talk about her previous job and how horrible some people around there were, she goes to walk off but then says “well let me get yalls order before I go” and by 3:50 we were walking out the door without getting any food. The waitress we had only had maybe 4 tables?? I will give a new review when we decide to give it another try- after they’ve had time to sort through some employees.

It’s very difficult for me, a person who’s allergic to capsaicin or chili peppers, to find anything to eat at this El Saltillo branch. Even when I ask for my food to not contain anything hot or chili peppers, my food always comes with chillis in them.

Disappointing compared to the other locations. The food just wasn’t as flavorful. The waitress didn’t have a clue about the bean soup which is something they have at every location. It really blew my mind that she had no idea what a Chile Relleno is, or a poblano pepper for that matter.

I like this place. Plus they have beans that are delicious. You can get them by the entrance to the kitchen. They are tasty. Pricing is very good. Their fried shrimp were fabulous. I was surprised.
