LIFE IS YOURS
Small restaurant in the small town on the corner was there for some food and some drinks food could use some improvements definitely waitress was a complete airhead. Seems as though it’s family owned. I’m sure there was an error some where that day parking lot is extremely small and congested. Some young kids were hanging out and blocking the whole driveway and didn’t want to move their cars until I beeped and got out and started screaming at them, I guess people over here think they on the whole street funny definitely won’t stop here again definitely not authentic Mexican for the steak that was supposed to be steak was actually ground beef building could definitely use a lot of upgrading

Can’t get a delivery order right. The last two attempts to have food delivered have resulted in either missing food or made the order incorrectly. For the price of mid level food, you would think service would be amazing. This is just not the case. El Sol, and Teca are far better options.

First off, let me start by saying that my husband and I are truck drivers and passing threw Rochelle, IL at dinner time and the owner allowed us to park our tractor/trailer right in his parking lot, no problems whatsoever…he was very welcoming!!!!

Great first time experience here. Both had green chicken enchiladas. Amazing flavor and great chicken. Not crazy spicy so enjoyable with light kick. Loved the horchata and variety of jarritos also available. Would recommend and the owners are good people.

Best restaurant I’ve been to in years! Polite and friendly staff, delicious food, and very affordable. The salsa bar is pretty nice as well! Definitely worth the drive.

We are not local but after golfing nearby, we wanted something to eat and drink. Rolled the dice and picked El Señor De Los Tacos. Pulling into the parking lot, it was hard to figure out what to expect. But we were NOT disappointed. Humble atmosphere but fantastic food and service. We were greeted warmly from the kitchen (assuming it was the owners/family). They brought out chips and home made salsa right away. We ordered margaritas – Loved the way they rimmed the glasses with a tamerind sauce and spices. We only ordered the Nacho Special which were tasty. Would have preferred cheddar instead of what looked like American cheese but whatever; it’s part of the experience. The menu is very authentic and they have lengua and for me that’s one indication of authenticity. We talked to another patron at a near by table who comes here often for the pamboza so another good indication of a fine establishment. Give it a try and I’m sure you’ll be back!

The fastest service ever. Food was out in what seemed like 2 minutes. Also very clean environment & the Sombrero hat lamps were so cute!

Good and fresh authentic Mexican food. I had the chicken pambazo and it was great tasting and a large portion. My Mexican brother-in-law had steak tacos and some tostadas. He said both were good and he said he would come back for the tostadas because they were really delicious. My sister had the baby chimichanga and she liked it. She wasn’t into the rice and beans side dish though, but she can be picky. Good presentation of all 4 dishes. Prices were fair. Bathroom was tidy. The service was friendly and competent but extremely slow. Our waiter said they were very understaffed tonight. I would try the restaurant again when next in Rochelle.
