The main course was great. Since I was finished before the rest of the family, I decided to try the fried ice cream for the first time. The coating seemed stale on the ice cream. My wife didn’t mind, so we finished it off together.

The servings here were great and the food was hot and tastey. My only complaint is that I prefer my chili rellenos to have corn flour coating before frying and the dish I received was just coated in egg. The server also seemed a bit impatient but he was also running the bar so I guess he was busy. Might come back again.

This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant! The service is speedy and the waiters are very kind. The meal itself was a good portion of delicious food. I was especially happy to see that they had cheese tamales because I’m a vegetarian that misses being able to eat tamales. They have good vegetarian options in general! I really enjoy the chips and salsa as well, which is important for any Mexican restaurant! There isn’t a single thing I would change about the experience.

They’re definitely short staffed (not their fault!). The waitress was great. But the carne asada ordered as medium, was medium rare, not good. The shrimp wrapped in bacon was awful. We’re definitely turned off. Probably won’t return.
