I waited to post a review until my 3rd visit. My first visit was amazing Claire was a wonderfully attentive waitress and the food was delightful. When I asked for a Cadillac Margarita the bartender didn’t even flinch and he delivered on my favorite drink with style. We tried 4 different tacos (chicken tinga, Chorizo, barbaco, and teriyaki ,it was a special) and each one was amazing. On our second visit we brought some friends and again had a wonderful attentive waitress and a skilled bartender who was again able to deliver on the request for a Cadillac Margarita. We tried the burrito (barbacoa), enchiladas (barbacoa), the guacamole, and for tacos the papas, fish and barbacoa; everything was amazing. On our last and most recent visit we had Claire again as a waitress and she was just as attentive and helpful as the last time. We tried the El Pastor and Carnitas tacos this time and again had an amazing meal. The bartender was also on point and mixed up a great margarita. The consistency has now made this place one of my go to choices for lunch or dinner. We do recommend calling ahead to check the hours as they are still adjusting them to meet the demands of the customers.

Visited for lunch and would definitely go back! In addition to the delicious chips and salsa, we tried four tacos – El Pastor, Chorizo, Papas, and Chicken. For all the veggie lovers out there – the Papas taco was one of our favorites!

We enjoyed everything here when we stopped for a light lunch on a Saturday motorcycle ride. I had tacos al pastor ($3.75 each), and the pork was cooked just right with a rich, dark flavor full of umami. The tortillas for the tacos and the chips and salsa ($5) are locally made, and the latter came with generous portions of both red and green salsas.

Nine of us went there last Sunday night. We had a 6:30 reservation so they knew we were coming. My three arrived about 15-20 minutes after the earlier arrivals who were still waiting for the salsa, guac & chips they had ordered. 15 minutes later we were asked if we wanted drinks – that took another 15 minutes – and then the chips & salsa & guac arrived.

My friends and I had the best experience here. The margaritas were great, bartender was awesome, and the tacos might literally be the best I’ve ever had! The town was SO CUTE and I can’t wait to stop in here again soon!

Wow! The food here is incredible. The fish tacos make all others pale in comparison. The same for the al pastor and the barbacoa. I could go on forever. You really need to try this place!

Only made it once, but so glad I did before it’s closing. Dave King has a lot of talent and I can’t wait to see where and when he turns up next!!! Thanks for your commitment to local sourcing and for surprising me with that smashed cucumber salad. Who woulda thought. BTW…..CJ made a mean margarita!!! Peace brother!

Really fresh food, lots of authentic plates, good service and some vegetarian options. They use all the right ingredients but somehow it’s not suuuuper flavorful, but definitely hits the spot when you’re craving real Mexican food!

Carnitas tacos were amazing! Chips were super crunchy and delicious! Chorizo tacos were good but a tad salty. Will definitely go back!

Love this place. It’s right in the center of town but has an out-of-the-way vibe about it. Food was delicious. Fresh and affordable. Staff was super friendly and welcoming.
